TOTALLY surprised him with his new GPS for riding/running:)

Ronny and I say no gifts for each other every year but some how we manage to sneak in a couple for each other:) Ronny's business is doing well, he is starting to adventure out to other states which is pretty cool. He still is involved with the Scouts at church. He is my ultimate BEST friend in the whole wide world and I am so thankful to have him as my companion for eternity and the father of our beautiful children!!

Christmas Day,, Brittany!!

What Santa left Brittany to come home to:)

Brittany got her Ipod... of course it HAD to be lime green.

All she wanted was stuff from Aeropostale, hmmm must be getting a style ;)

Brittany is 11 but will be 12 in March,,,, ouch!!! I already have people lined up to use her for babysitting because she is so good with kids. She is such a awesome kid, and sooo kind-hearted to everyone and we are so thankful for her and her sweet spirit. She was at her dads until Christmas day at lunch, but we still always make sure she is never left out of the whole
Santa/Christmas excitement in the McFarland Home, even though shes in on the "big" secret:)

Christmas Day,, Lindsey!

Lindsey turned 5 this year back in September. She has such a sweet spirit about her that really brightens each and every day. Check out what Santa had waiting on her when she woke up:) She was soooo into it. She loves to play with babies, so Santa brought her twins:)

Christmas Eve 2008

Say Cheese!!!

What a wonderful time of year it is. We have a tradition at our house that the kids get to open1 special present that mommy and daddy pick out on Christmas Eve, which is a new pair of PJ's to sleep in. Brittany was at her dads Christmas Eve so she had to wait to get hers:) Kiddos took a bath and then got their new PJ's on. Later we got the cookies and milk out for Santa along with a few carrots for the Reindeer and then of course Santa called to check his list "twice"
(AKA, Grandpa Hilton) and the kids just eat it up,,,,, I love it!!

Annual Nights of Lights Trip

We went to the Nights of Lights at Lake Lanier like we do each and every year. The girls were way cute with Santa, however Zoey wanted NOTHING to do with Saint Nick!!! Its always a treat when your done riding through the lights to find Santa at the end.
While riding through the lights in the car, the kids took turns sitting in the front on either mommy or daddys lap, sticking their heads out of the sunroof, and/or out the windows, but always had the heat on FULL blast of course!!

Cute picture of Brittany and Zoey sticking out from the sunroof while prego mom slipped out of the passenger window to take a shot.
Brittany and Lindsey being silly getting a taste of the Farley large candy canes.

There was a BEAUTIFUL Live Nativity show going on as well that you could stop and view.

Zoey getting some wind through her hair while sitting on daddy's lap.

Lindsey out the sunroof!!

At the end of the lights there is also a small little carnival setup that the kids always love.

Zoey & Lindsey in the flying cars!

Mom keeping warm with Zoey!!

Sisterly Love

Mommy and Zoey on the carousel

We have been doing the Night of Lights as a tradition now for about 8 years and we love it more and more each and every time as our beautiful family grows.

Lindsey stops to give mommy a quick smile.

Zoey got in on the action too, of course she had to be belted down in her highchair!!!

I made some sugar cookies for the girls to decorate for Christmas. They had alot of fun doing it and then later we made goodie plates with the cookies and went caroling to family. It was a fun night! We love this time of year.
